Tessa Sharma
As Project Manager, Tessa ensures complex, cross-functional partnership initiatives move forward with clarity, velocity, and minimal surprise. She acts as the operational backbone of program tracking for near-term execution while proactively identifying downstream risks. Tessa first joined Neurable as an intern while finishing her studies at Boston University, where she majored in Neuroscience with a focus in math and computer science. Since then, Tessa has taken on various roles across different sectors of the company, enabling her to understand how all the moving parts work together. Outside of work, you'll find Tessa reading, exploring Boston, or trying a new workout studio.

She's passionate about designing products that are grounded in real human behavior.Outside of design work, Deeksha tries to live with purpose — driven by the belief that this might be the only life we get, which pushes her to create things with positive impact and experience as much of the world as she can.

Zachary Phillips
Zachary plays a vital role in supporting our most important asset—our customers. Whether it’s resolving order issues or untangling complex logistical challenges, Zach is the go-to problem solver. With six years of experience in healthcare and logistics support, he helped drive business growth in the Boston area before bringing his expertise to Neurable.
When he’s not putting out fires, you’ll find Zach outdoors, whether hiking, skiing, golfing, cycling, or relaxing in a hammock with a good book.

Jim Wright
Jim is an electrical engineer with over a decade of medical device experience spanning hardware, firmware, and mechanical design. His work has ranged from wearable bio-potential sensors to invasive medical technologies, and he's driven by a passion for building solutions that make a real difference for vulnerable populations. When a wearable prototype calls for soft goods, Jim doesn't hesitate to fire up his trusty Janome sewing machine — whatever it takes to get the job done.Before engineering, Jim served as a USMC martial arts instructor, and he still spends plenty of time on the mats as an active Brazilian Jiu Jitsu grappler. He's also the mastermind behind what many claim to be the best chocolate chip cookies ever made — a credential he takes nearly as seriously as his engineering work.Outside of work, you'll find Jim hiking, watching classic films, or defending his living room from his daughters in an all-out rubber chicken slingshot battle.



Joshua Zosky
Joshua is a Senior Software Engineer at Neurable, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and integrations. He has a background in cognitive neuroscience research and has been deeply involved in developing research and health technology solutions. His expertise bridges the gap between cutting-edge research and practical, scalable tech infrastructure.
Outside of work, Joshua enjoys spending time with his family doing creative activities like playing music, drawing, skateboarding, hiking and building gadgets

Lindsay Nie
As the Vice President of Engineering at Neurable, Lindsay leads a diverse team of research scientists, machine learning engineers, firmware engineers, and software engineers, all working toward the goal of building the everyday brain-computer interface (BCI). With over two decades of entrepreneurial and leadership experience in creative tech, brand storytelling, customer engagement, and engineering, Lindsay has consistently transformed visionary concepts into successful products, dynamic activations, and memorable live events.
When she's not guiding her team of talented engineers, Lindsay enjoys hiking with her dog, working on DIY tech projects, and supporting local live music.

Pawan Lapborisuth
Pawan is a key member of Neurable’s research team, focusing on collaborations with the Department of Defense. As a biomedical engineer with nearly 10 years of experience in brain-computer interface research, Pawan has worked with multiple non-invasive brain imaging technologies, including EEG, fNIRS, and fMRI. Prior to joining Neurable, Pawan worked as an applied human-computer interface researcher for the New York Mets, investigating neural biomarkers in Major League Baseball players during live hitting scenarios.
When he’s not in the lab, Pawan is either at the gym as a competitive bodybuilder or enjoying a long drive.

David Stanley
As Neurable’s Lead Machine Learning Engineer, David focuses on algorithm design and ensures that the insights derived from our hardware provide an engaging and intuitive user experience. Over the past five years, he has been at the heart of Neurable’s machine learning program, drawing on his academic background in computational neuroscience and engineering physics to drive innovation.
When he’s not teaching machines how to learn, David spends his time researching the philosophy of mind and pursuing fun side projects.

Jake Aki
Jake oversees Neurable’s cloud infrastructure and backend services, which form the foundation of the product. He also plays a pivotal role in designing and reviewing other software products across the company. Jake began his career as an electrical and computer engineer at Teradyne, where he worked on large-scale automated equipment for testing complex microprocessors. Over time, his focus shifted towards software engineering, particularly in cloud and backend services.
When Jake isn’t building in the cloud, he enjoys writing, cooking (and, of course, eating), and traveling—sometimes all at once!

Shruthi Gujjula
Shruthi is responsible for managing, designing, and developing firmware for Neurable's BCI products. Her role involves coordinating with partner companies to align requirements and deliverables, identifying and prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time while meeting the highest quality standards. With over 15 years of experience as an Embedded Software Engineer specializing in safety-critical systems and advanced DSP algorithms, Shruthi's expertise spans the entire product lifecycle—from initial development and rigorous testing to manufacturing support and customer feedback analysis.
Outside of work, Shruthi enjoys cooking elaborate meals, experimenting with new recipes, and connecting with her heritage through art.

Annika Helendi
Annika leads Neurable's marketing and go-to-market strategy, bringing more than a decade of startup leadership experience across founder, CMO, and CEO roles. Her approach is grounded in a simple belief: the tactics that actually move the number are usually simpler than people expect, and the marketing landscape moves too fast to stay attached to last year's best practices. She treats marketing as art rather than math, and has built her career around learning fast, testing often, and questioning conventional wisdom. Outside of Neurable, Annika runs a YouTube channel teaching marketers how to actually use AI at work.A former competitive basketball player of ten years, Annika now plays volleyball and padel for fun. She lives in Estonia with her husband and toddler son, and loves slow travel: going somewhere new and pretending she lives there.

Erin Scott
Erin works closely with Neurable’s CEO, Ramses, providing executive administrative support and managing his schedule (or as she likes to say, running his life). With decades of experience in administrative services—including editing, proofreading, and organizing—Erin has worked for renowned financial firms, publishing houses, and administrative organizations.
When she’s not on the clock, Erin enjoys writing books, reading, kayaking, or practicing yoga.

Ramses Alcaide
Ramses leads Neurable with a clear strategic vision, overseeing the development of pioneering neurotechnology while fostering a close-knit, collaborative team culture. His journey to founding Neurable began over a decade ago during his time at the University of Michigan, where his passion for neuroscience and technology took shape. Prior to launching Neurable, Ramses earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Neuroscience, with a thesis focused on novel brain-computer interfaces and EEG biomarkers for assessing cognitive function in children with cerebral palsy. This research laid the groundwork for what would become Neurable.
When he's not guiding the team or attending conferences, Ramses enjoys learning about leadership, indulging in a good steak, and diving deep into strategy games.

Alicia Howell-Munson
As a Research Scientist at Neurable, Ally is responsible for developing demo software and creating new feature algorithms. They hold a PhD in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where her graduate work focused on passive, non-invasive brain-computer interfaces. Specifically, they developed algorithms to assist students in educational settings and facilitate robotic interactions in human-robot teams.
When they are not researching BCI, Ally is an avid reader, typically finishing around 100 books a year, with a particular love for science fiction and fantasy.

Avi Horowitz
Avi is part of Neurable’s Product team, helping to lead the company’s defense-focused initiatives. He has led the development of cutting-edge mixed reality solutions for the Department of Defense, collaborating with the U.S. Space Force, SOCOM, and DTRA, and has won several patents for his innovations. He continues to advise a select handful of XR startups, and his passion for making technology more humanistic drives his work at Neurable as the company enters its next phase of growth.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing music and exploring the Boston’s vibrant arts scene, as well as discovering new restaurants and coffee shops.

Prior to joining Neurable, he worked at FedTech, where he supported emerging technology companies engaging with the Army, Air Force, DARPA, DHS, and other federal partners.A South Florida native, Johan is ambitious, relationship-driven, and deeply committed to building trusted partnerships across the defense ecosystem. At the center of his work is a simple mission: helping bring the best capabilities to the Warfighter.

He is also a prominent leader in the neurotech field, serving as an active member of NeurotechX, the world’s largest neurotechnology community. Additionally, he advises the Institute of Neuroethics (IoNx) and Harvard's DCI Network, focusing on rethinking digital health through data. Adam is a published author on commercial ethics perspectives and a mentor to numerous startups and accelerators.
When he’s not advancing the neuroscience community, Adam enjoys mountain climbing, planning social gatherings, and indulging in the best food.

Walter Piper
Walter spends his days developing algorithms designed to extract psychological insights from brain waves. As a former academic neuroscientist specializing in the neurobiology of emotions and Pavlovian conditioning, Walter believes there’s untapped potential in real-time mental health and human behavior applications. His neuroscience training includes time spent in the LeDoux Lab at NYU.
